Victoria Chomo has a PhD in Economics and specializes in certification, traceability and fish trade. She is Secretary of two FAO regional fisheries bodies (EIFAAC and CACFish) whose mandates are inland fisheries and freshwater aquaculture in Europe and Central Asia.

Dr. Cristina Sandu is the coordinator of the Danube Sturgeon Task Force (DSTF), established in the frame of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region - Priority Area 06 Biodiversity (DSTF – EUSDR PA 06) with the aim to foster sturgeon revival. She holds a PhD and has been involved in several international projects, cooperating with research teams, policy level, NGOs and local communities from the Danube Region.

Steven has an M.B.A. from Webster University in Vienna, Austria and has been working as an event moderator and coaching people for media appearances and public presentations. He is also a news correspondent for ORF and Deutsche Welle and has previously worked as a correspondent for the BBC, CNN, and Feature Story News in Washington D.C. Steven describes himself as an avid reader and enjoys discovering new travel destinations with his family. "If I´m not at work I´m training for my next triathlon. I am passionate about Ironman races and have - so far - qualified for and competed in the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, three times."
