Germany's most important fish industry event, the bi-annual fish international trade show in Bremen, will roll out the red carpet on 25-27 February 2018 to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Over 300 exhibitors from 27 countries worldwide have already booked their booths and over 11.000 visitor are expected.
Eurofish International Organisation in co-operation with the fair organisers Messe Bremen will gather companies from its Member Countries under the roof of EUROFISH Business Platform.

Riba Dražin produces high-quality, delicacy seafood products. Baltic Fish Union OU was established in 2011 and is located in Estonia, Tartu. Baltijos Delikatesai has the biggest canned fish production plant in Lithuania. The plant opened its doors in 2003 and since then, the company has developed strong and loyal relationship with partners in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Israel.

The Polish company Meotida represents the interests of Ukrainian company IRF, one of the few companies that catch and process Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba). The factory trawler “More Sodruzhestva” was upgraded in 2013 and is now the second largest trawler in the krill fleet. Its main crew consists of Norwegian specialists. Krill is a planktonic crustacean, inhabiting surface layers of waters of moderate and high latitudes of oceans of both Hemispheres. The specimen's size is 10-65 mm, weight – 2 grams. After being caught, krill has been processed during 3-4 hours, and keeps maximum of it’s healthy features. Freshly caught krill is boiled, peeled, and frozen. This allows the meat to keep maximum taste and nutritious characteristics. These are other products directly from “More Sodruzhestva” – frozen meat, canned meat, dry meal.
