Urpo Reinthal is one of fifteen top chefs in Estonia who have been awarded the highest possible lifetime achievement award, the Gordon Blue (in 2024). He is an active member of the Estonian Chefs Association and has worked as a chef in Estonia and abroad for over 25 years. Urpo is the creator and chef of YliCool Catering and his great passion is the valorization of new raw materials.
