The aim of the project was to provide support to the European Commission (EC) for evaluating the implementation of the European Fisheries Fund (EFF) to assess the efficiency, effectiveness and added value of the EFF. The tasks included the filling of a comprehensive questionnaires (for each Axis and overall assessment – management, monitoring and control systems, communication actions, project selection and payment and claim process as well as overall impact), to conduct interviews with both the Managing Authorities as well as stakeholders (e.g. companies that have successfully implemented projects with the help of EFF).
