The main results from the four sub projects that involve EUROFISH were:
Four desk studies were carried out on market options for products and by-products from Norway lobster, herring, mackerel, cod and saithe. EUROFISH was part of a study tour to China to analyse the Chinese market for by-products. A marketing plan and working procedures were produced for a fish retail shop situated on the Copenhagen waterfront. Questionnaires were designed and interviews with consumers conducted in connection with the marketing plan.
