EUROFISH participated in a national workshop in Latvia dedicated to the development of the aquaculture sector and market trends in Europe. The workshop was organized by the Latvian Fisheries Network and attended by over 25 participants from the aquaculture industry. EUROFISH made a presentation on the recent development of the aquaculture sector in Europe with specific emphasis on selected species and markets, and a presentation of the trends in value-added products on the European market.
