Chramer has a background in the seafood industry, having previously worked as the CEO of Pelagia AS and as a board member of several seafood companies. He also has experience in international trade, having served as the Norwegian Seafood Export Council’s representative in Asia for several years.

In his new role, Chramer will be responsible for leading the Seafood Council, which is a trade organization that represents the Norwegian seafood industry. The council works to promote the export of Norwegian seafood and to ensure that it is produced in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Chramer says he is excited to take on this new challenge and to work with the council’s members to promote the Norwegian seafood industry. “The seafood industry is an important contributor to the Norwegian economy and I look forward to working with the council’s members to help it continue to grow and thrive,” he said.

The Seafood Council’s chairman, Egil Ove Sundheim, said that Chramer was the right choice for the job due to his extensive experience in the seafood industry and his strong track record of leadership. “We are confident that Christian will be a strong leader for the council and will help us to achieve our goals of promoting the Norwegian seafood industry on the global stage,” Sundheim said.
