The conference covered topics such as the situation in the Polish fish processing sector and the activities of the PAFP for the development of the fish processing industry. These include the use of support for fish processing and to encourage innovations in fish processing technology. EUROFISH contributed with a presentation on the dynamics of aquaculture production in Poland and the European Union, and on the Polish seafood trade.
