EUROFISH contributed to the evaluation of a comprehensive assessment of the relevance, statistical quality, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, and EU added value of Eurostat fisheries statistics, including data on catches and landings of fisheries products, aquaculture production and the EU fishing fleet. The purpose of the EUROFISH assignment was also to carry out a case study in Denmark by interviewing several stakeholders and relevant authorities.
