EUROFISH in cooperation with Messe-Bremen and Multivac organised the workshop on Modified Atmosphere Packaging in Bremen, Germany. The workshop was held in connection with the Fish International trade fair.
The workshop covered quality aspects of the MAP products as well as methods to predict the shelf life. The objective was to give the participants a good overview of the Modified Atmosphere Packaging methods, as well as imparting the right skills to choose the appropriate quality control methods and marketing tools for high value market segments.
