Today, the French Ambassador to Denmark, His Excellency Mr. Christophe Parisot, and First Secretary Ms. Blandine Pocquet visited the Eurofish International Organisation’s headquarters in Copenhagen.
During the meeting, Marco Frederiksen, the director of Eurofish, along with senior project managers Christian Philip Unmack and Søren Espersen Schrøder, highlighted the organisation’s objectives in advancing the European fisheries and aquaculture sector to secure sustainable sources of blue proteins for the future.
The discussion focused on critical topics such as the circular economy, combating seafood mislabelling, and fostering innovation within the sector.
The visit proved highly productive, strengthening the mutual interest between France and Eurofish in collaborating to support the sustainable development of European fisheries and aquaculture.
